Stage 1: Define & Align: We work with your senior execs, sponsors, owners, investors or board (whichever is applicable) to align on the pain points and key objectives for the engagement. This Stage happens over the course of several meetings including an initial Discovery Call and an Engagement Kick-Off Meeting.
Stage 2: Recon & Scope Creation: We fully immerse in the business, business unit, site or department(s) in your business (whichever is applicable) where you are experiencing pain from dysfunction or sub optimization, delving into financial and operating metrics, auditing processes & controls, and meeting with key players at all levels to really understand your business.
Stage 3: Roadmap & Action Planning: With the inputs from Stage 2, we create a scope of work document outlining steering and working teams, key initiatives, projects and deliverables, along with details on how working teams will approach, be measured, communicate progress and accomplish those deliverables.
Stage 4:Deployment: Once everything is unilaterally approved by all key stakeholders, we deploy! This includes measurement & tracking mechanisms, launch and progress communication and activation of applicable tools and technology that will be used for the engagement.
Stage 5: Measure & Improve: All KPIs will be visual and steering & working teams will meet on an agreed upon cadence to communicate progress and results. Teams will seek to “fast fail” on trial countermeasures being deployed and use active and structured problem solving throughout the engagement to ensure deliverables and results stay on track.

Stage 1: Define Value: Value is what the end customer is willing to pay for. Everything else should support that and anything not directly related to customer value should be the subject of scrutiny for reduction or removal (waste).
Stage 2: Map the Value Stream: Make the process of creating customer value visual. Visualization allows a team to analyze, improve flow and eliminate waste.
Stage 3: Create Flow: Examine the value stream, remove steps, alter resource allocation, improve layout, introduce technology & automation, enhance training & employee competency to remove waste.
Stage 4: Establish Pull System: Pull (vs push) systems reduce inventory and WIP and total production time and achieve TAKT time (production time required to achieve customer demand)
Stage 5: Pursue Perfection - The way of Kaizen: This means creating a culture where employees at all levels are continuously seeking to improve upon their processes.
Discovery Call: We hold an initial Discovery Call with you and your team to understand and align on the fractional or interim talent engagement scope, deliverables and key measurements.
Kick-Off Meeting: This meeting officially begins the engagement and is where the stage is set for all key stakeholders with respect to engagement objectives, key deliverables, stakeholder responsibilities and overall expectation setting for the engagement.
Talent Deployment: Interim or fractional talent commences their assignment.
Measure, Improve & Hold Accountable: Interim & Fractional talent are measured and held accountable based on agreed upon KPIs and deliverables.

Kick-Off Meeting: This meeting officially begins the engagement and is where the stage is set for all key stakeholders with respect to engagement objectives, key deliverables, stakeholder responsibilities and overall expectation setting for the engagement.
Coaching / Training Sessions: Each session will have pre-work, meeting agenda, and home work. These three elements ensure maximum velocity of developmental elements.
Measure, Improve & Hold Accountable: All engagement meetings and sessions are documented and tracked. Key stakeholders are held accountable for deliverables, timelines and agreed upon KPIs.
