For qualifying engagements where objectives, baselines, and success metrics are clearly defined upfront, we back our work.

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon outcomes and you’ve upheld your partnership commitments, we will reduce, defer, or refund a portion of our fees at our discretion until performance meets expectations.
