Our Vision
Stage 5 exists to help management teams and investors identify business problems, then solve them at their root cause, resulting in transformative, business results.
Our founder, Steve Snedegar, founded Stage 5 after decades of experience as the “fixer” in public, private, and private equity-backed businesses. His vision was to bring experienced leadership into difficult business situations with a clear purpose: help the team win in the “great game of business.”

Over the decades, I've built a very deep bench of former colleagues and experts in various fields that I'm now proud to call my partners. This team brings deep operating experience across the areas where businesses most often struggle: strategy, growth, talent, operations, and M&A.
We’ve run businesses, owned P&Ls, led turnarounds, integrated acquisitions, built leadership teams, and improved performance in complex, high-pressure environments.
