Jason pienkowski

Jason Pienkowski is a Senior Recruiter with The Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry Company. In his role, Mr. Pienkowski is responsible for driving candidate development through top tier sourcing strategies, recruiting top talent and creating a positive experience for both candidates and clients alike. Additionally, Mr. Pienkowski is responsible for client development and managing end to end search projects for his clients. His goal is to be instrumental in the growth of both a candidate’s career and the client’s talent pool.

Jason believes in being proactive, transparent and aggressive when working with clients and candidates. He brings a high level of energy and excitement to every engagement he works on and every relationship he builds. He has 15+ years of search experience including 10 years with targeted sector engagements in the Packaging, Capital Equipment, Logistics and Industrial Manufacturing industries. He has supported and partnered with smaller start ups to mid-size, privately-owned companies to multi-billion dollar, publicly traded organizations both horizontally and vertically across all departments with a focus on sales and operations. 

Jason grew up in the Greater Boston area and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 20+ years.  Jason is passionate about working in the manufacturing sector as he comes from 3 generations of General Electric employees dating back to the 1920’s in Schenectady, NY.
